Convert Easytrieve to Cobol

For Easytrieve source, KTA moves all functionality to platform independence by translating the Easytrieve source to Cobol/85 source.  As with all of KTA source conversions, the resultant Cobol code will be platform independent.  Maintenance can be on the new Cobol code or continue on the Easytrieve source with translation as needed.
